Waste of time and poor communication. You’ll have to keep calling and making sure they are up to date on your case because your documents are not reviewed with any urgency. You will be bounced around from person to person and told your case is being reviewed and they’ll call you back. When you do get a call they didn’t see documents you sent days ago. Honestly you are better off just contacting your vehicles company corporate and just do the work yourself.

Don’t recommend them, they leave your case without an explanation! Don’t use them, you’ll waste your time! Unprofessional!

My experience with Deldar Legal was incredibly frustrating. After a serious injury, I was vulnerable and trusted them to handle my case, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, I had to chase them down for updates. I'd go weeks without hearing a thing unless I constantly called or emailed, and when they finally responded, it was always vague, leaving me in the dark about my own case. It felt like they didn't care at all about me or my situation, just about closing cases as fast as they could. What really upset me was how they pushed me into settling for a ridiculously low amount. They barely negotiated with the insurance company and acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting what I deserved. I felt like they were rushing to settle my case quickly just to move on to the next one. Their lack of effort left me with way less compensation than I needed, and I'm still stuck with huge medical bills because of it. To make matters worse, I never felt like I was treated as a priority or even as a person. I was just another file to them, another number. I thought a personal injury lawyer would be compassionate and fight for me, but it was the complete opposite. Also, I've noticed that they have glowing 5-star reviews all over Google, but my experience was so bad that I honestly believe they buy or manipulate those reviews. I can't imagine how anyone would genuinely rate them so highly after dealing with their terrible service. If you're considering working with Deldar Legal, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They will not fight for you. They'll push you into a quick settlement and leave you nothing but regrets. Trusting them was one of the biggest mistakes I've made.
