I do not recommend him.
After he did my trust , I tried to contact him several times to add another property to trust but he did not respond . every time I called , his secretary said he is not in office .
I even do not know if the trust is right or not.

I filed my EB-2 Green Card with Mr. Motallebi. He filed my prevailing wage so high that the numbers scared my sponsoring company and at the very last stage (when they had to show financial docs to show they can afford to pay me) they back out of my sponsorship. Mr. Motallebi’s response to blowing up my Green Card case and leaving me without a legal status was that I have been a demanding client and I should be okay with it because life goes on one way or another!!
