I have much appreciation for the work Joseph and his team were able to do for me in a fall with injuries suffered after work in November 2019, right before covid set in. The location I fell in is a city owned property, with a maintenance company hired to keep it safe. So, between the covid shutdowns and slower than usual response times of document filings and responses it took a couple years to complete. Very pleased Joseph stayed on it, with updates to me when needed. We settled for an above fair amount. Joseph was vigilant in our arbitration hearing and helped with all the steps to get there.
