I cannot say enough good things about Harry Nelson and the Fenton Nelson legal group. We came to the firm to get an assessment of our project. Our previous lawyer had said "no" to some aspects of our project involving healthcare rules and requirements, but had no answers or suggestions for what we COULD do, which was going to kill the project. In contrast, Harry and his group offered creative solutions and did a great job of analyzing the options and presenting us with choices. He basically helped rescue a project that would otherwise likely have been headed for disaster or death. Trustworthy? Check. Incredibly trustworthy. Responsive? Check. Kept me informed? Check. Knowledgeable? Off the charts!

I cannot give high enough marks to Harry Nelson. After bad experiences with my previous lawyer, I was referred to Mr. Nelson for a healthcare law problem. He is very smart and knowledgeable about this complex area of law. I would not rely on anyone else for legal advice.
