I'll try to make this very long story short: my husband got hurt on the job, not once, but twice! After the first injury, we went through his company's clinic for treatment and physical therapy, then came the paperwork riddled with all sorts of legal terminology that was beyond our understanding. In the end, the company's medical team found him to be clear to return to his full work duties. However, this was not the case. He was still in constant pain but we thought we had no other option so he returned to work. I won't reveal the name of the company but it's a very well known food manufacturer and my husband's position was very physically demanding. Fast forward six months later, he's injured again.
