Find a different firm, any firm but this one. If you have already done all the hard work and you can hand them your case on a silver platter where they don't have to put in any hard work then they might be your firm but if you need a firm that believes you as their client and will have your back and fight for you and not give up the first time the other person tells a different story of what happened find a different firm. This firm only wants easy pay outs and they will drop you as a client if there is actually work or investigating to be done.
