I am very disappointed in the lack of communication with this law firm. My mother was involved in an accident in December of 2015 in a transportation vehicle on her way home from dialysis. In March of 2018 I called the attorney assigned to my moms case Jesse French and advised him that my mother was placed on Hospice and wanted to settle on whatever amount the defending attorney was ready to settle at. We at the time signed the necessary documents to move forward and to ensure that my moms case would soon come to an end. My mom knew she wouldn't make it to receive her settlement, but wanted to leave me a little something to help me out. A couple months after my mom passed away I reached out to the attorney and he stated he no longer worked for that firm. I called the office and was given the name of another attorney that would be helping me out. Her name is Bretil and in the beginning was very good at communicating, but has totally stopped replying to emails. On September 16th she advised me that they received the checks from the defending attorney and that I would receive a final summary from a Miranda but have yet to receive anything. My mom has since then passed away and I have been diligently working with several people in this law firm and have yet to receive my mothers settlement money. How is it that they received the funds from the defending attorneys office , but I can't get my moms final summary so that I can receive the settlement?? The fact that I've been emailing and calling the office and can't get any confirmation of when we are going to wrap things up is absurd. I can't believe it takes this long to finalize a case.

I was a victim to the scam they are not real about the outcome do not waste ur time 3yrs with my case so I can get 1,000 dont use these ppl.

This is the worst law firm if you contact them you are going to be for sure sorry

Never go to these guys.. They took to long on my case and sent me a letter that they can not take the case.. Statue of limitations was over.. I will never forget that.. My daughter was attacked by a big dog.. Said the dogs owner was an important person.. Did not want the case..

My case manager is Adriana I went to this law firm since I had used them before. But I don't understand what happened. I left Larry H Parker for Jacoby and Adriana has been the worse. Lack of communication. I have to call her constantly to find out updates where and what's going on. Shes not on top of things. It also seems like she b.s half the time to buy herself time. I was hit by a drunk driver and the results of my MRI showing my neck and lower back discs are sticking out from the accident. I'm surprised how they're not on this case with high priority. Wounded by a drunk driver that was arrested on site should be enough for them to be pushing harder for this case to be handled faster or at least have my vehicle and I taken care of

Go somewhere, they'll get their share first and leave you with whatever is left.

Unfortunately Los defensores referred me to this firm . I had a really scary accident so I had a concussion arm and my back too . These guys referred me to a doctor that didn't help me at all. I don't recommend these firm,please stay away specially the Latin community.

This was by far the worst experience in I ever had with an accident lawyer. I truly feel this firm used our situation to get a larger percentage of our settlement. When the insurance company made a offer, they told me not to take it and I should just file to go to court. At that point, the percentage changed from 30% to 45%. They said the was going for the full policy. After another 8 months or so they come back and say they think we should negotiate. They didn't want to negotiate in the beginning, but now that your getting a lot more out of it you want to negotiate. I will never use this firm again and I do not and will not recommend this firm to any one.
