Kind of misleading… customer service tells you one thing, and when you are transfer to the other departments the communication drops dramatically… one person said I could have direct deposit… and NOW when it comes to it… turns out , they can’t do it…??? Very unhappy and disappointed!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. BEWARE!

My experience with Jacoby and meyer’s was great. The lawyer ‘s that were assigned to me were very responsive and Attentive , they made sure that I had the best medical attention days after my accident. The case took a bit longer because of the circumstance, but I was satisfied at the end! They did everything they possibly could to get me the best outcome.
