I have to stay in would be giving them a no star review if I didn't have the best attorneys but the Case Managers and the lien department staff are the worst. They do not communicate with you at all and if your not doing the work on your own case and calling them and tracking them down you wouldn't have no idea what's ever going on with your case. I have done so much of the leg work on my case, my appointments and everything else because the 2 case Managers I had didn't or couldn't do their jobs.
