These are the kindest people you could ever have fighting on your side! Babak and his team helped me when my car was totaled by an uninsured motorist. I was physically, emotionally, and logistically overwhelmed, and Babak took all my calls and walked me calmly through every step of the process. He even helped me get my totaled car sold while handling all the insurance/liability issues and securing me the max payout from my insurance. I cannot emphasize enough that you need these guys on your team!

I was involved in an accident. I needed a lawyer since it was my word against the other driver's about who was at fault. Eye witnesses at the accident were unwilling to come forward and give their information in order to testify about what happened. I was worried that dealing with the insurance company was going to get messy. Fortunately, a good friend recommended that I consult Redefine. So some guy slammed into my car. It felt like my car completely crumbled he slammed into the rear of my car. But when I got out and checked my car there didn’t seem to be much damage. I was heading straight and a guy came out of nowhere. Turns out he ran the stop sign. He tried to blame me. I had hit my head in the accident and had consistent headaches a day or two later even though immediately after the accident I felt kind of okay and didn’t even call the police or ambulance when it happened. Insurance companies started calling and asking for my recorded statements. I didn’t want to deal with any of it and so I called Babak to help get a rental car. I was heading straight on Ventura Blvd and qa guy was making a left turn and didn’t see me because he was on his phone and he smashed into me.
