I called just to see what they would say, as I didn't think I had much of a case considering how long I had my car but they took it and I got my car bought back within a few months. I called in December and believe I had a settlement offer end of January/February. Took a while to get the money on hand but that is on Ford claiming "Covid" hardships. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a rear end car accident. The insurance company would not pay me to be able to see a doctor and i was jn pain. I called Babak and he handled everything. I didnt have to do anything after i called him. He got me set up to see a doctor that was amazing. And he made sure my car was fixed and that i had a rental car while it was being fixed. Top notch.
