Having just wrapped up my DUI case I can’t express how grateful I am to have been represented by Gold and Witham. I won’t lie if you want a lawyer to reassure that everything is gonna be fine I suggest finding a different law firm because here they stick to the truth. John and Owais are the people you want helping you with your case! We had a tricky situation with the I-751 and N-400 during Covid shut down and they helped us through every step of the way. I’m originally from Japan and our case should have been an easy one but with shut down, things got messy and lost. Long story short, John and Owais were able to help us though the process with ease. They are very prompt with responses, quick to see the progress of the case (making sure everything was up to speed and within expected time frame), and were thorough with prep work and paperwork. Both of us speak perfect native English and we still had a lot of trouble figuring out the paperwork. Even if you’re unsure or really need the support, I would suggest looking into this firm since USCIS paperwork/processes are a real hassle if mistakes are made.

I hired Mr. Gold after getting a dui and facing up to a year in jail. Mr. Gold gave me a plan, followed up EVERY week, kept me accountable, was HONEST about what I was facing and what was in and OUT of his control. The plan took effort and time; I had to stay on top of it weekly. However, it worked!!! He was able to show the court that I was serious about changing my behavior and I avoided jail time!!! The best part, I am now sober. He is an “in your face” attorney. He told me my truths and it was hard to hear, but it was the truth. As he pointed out, it was better for him to be hard on me versus the judge be hard on me. I would not think twice about hiring this firm. He knows what he is doing.
