I have recently been involved in a complicate intestate probate case after the death of my brother, an American citizen, and I have fortunately met this great team of two lawyers, Mr. Alexander Ginzburg and Mr. Yasha Bronshteyn from Santa Monica, CA. We are currently at the middle of our legal journey and I am taking the opportunity to express, on behalf of my mother, the legal heir, and on behalf of myself, our gratitude and high accolades to their outstanding job. We are living overseas, in Europe, so most of the communication has been done via e-mail and telephone, but that has not been an obstruction. All communication has been clear, transparent and in time, which is important as a moral support for my family and I. After a close relative passed away, I needed a probate lawyer who I could trust and be comfortable with. Since I live in Canada, I was not familiar at all with California’s legal system. I needed a lawyer that could offer piece of mind and whom I could trust given the long distance working relationship. I was refered to Alexander by a friend who lives in LA. I found Alexander to be very easy to talk to, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the probate process. He always answered my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed as the process moved along. I had a consultation with Alexander Ginzburg on the phone regarding a divorce. He provided me with undivided attention and was very patient and courteous. He talked to me for more than the usual 20 minute consultation, but never rushed to end our call. He provided me with all of the information I needed and was very empathetic. I reside out of state and needed information regarding probate for a relative. After exhausting several research hours on my own, I was put in touch with Mr. Ginzburg. He was able to quickly assist me and provided the documentation that we had been needing. Hiring anyone "over the phone" for such an important matter was truly foreign to me but Mr. Ginzburg's level of understanding was so obviously apparent within the first few minutes that I was happy to put my trust in him. VERY GLAD I DID!

Mr. Ginzburg and his partner Yasha were recommended to me by a long time friend who used their services in the past for an unrelated event. I was skeptical at first because I had already received so many "opinions" and "promises" and "guarantees"; the only thing promised or guaranteed was that he would do the "best in [his] ability" to minimize the damages and "clean up" an already bad situation. Well, he did go above and beyond that! And I'm not just talking about once, but twice! Me, being the "prone to have bad things happen" kind of guy, got in trouble again while on probation for my first DUI. At that point, there really was no salvation and I should have gotten the book thrown at me, and well deserved I might add; however, Mr. Ginzburg really has friends in high places (Angels) and my prayers were answered! I'm not saying I didn't get any jail time or have to endure some penalties, because I did, but the penalties and jail time were at the utmost minimal allowed. I think even less than allowed! Now that I am on my last leg and with no more room for error, I can only say THANK YOU to Alex and his team because I would not be driving right now had it not been for him. I am extremely grateful for all the help and assistance and I definitely got my monies' worth. Any time someone: friend, family member, friend of a friend, or even strangers talk about how they need an Attorney, I immediately pull out my iPhone and give them his contact information because I know I was fortunate to have his information given to me. It's not what you know, it's who you know in this world. And I am happy to say that I know and would gladly recommend with full faith and confidence the services that Alex Ginzburg and his Law Firm provide. True professionals and above all, honest and hardworking people that you want on your side when you have committed human error. I can't say thank you enough.
