After discovering that I didn't have a very strong slip and fall case (as I was informed), in which I slipped and fell on some water that was on the escalator. I was offered a less than expected settlement, but I wasn't willing to settle for that, because I strongly felt that the company was totally at fault, and the offer wasn't enough compensation to make up for my pain, loss, and sufferings.
