Since David Rice threatened to sue me my new attorney advise me to remove the ad until he could review it so that is what I will do at this point. UPDATE 3-11-24 Mr. Rice now has threatened to sue me in court. Mike Fedalen was my attorney on a very complicated case. To begin with he listened to me and gave me hope. My sister “kidnapped” my Dad and put him in a home and made him get a pacemaker even though his cardiologist stated he wasn’t a candidate. She isolated him and kept him from his family and friends. My parents and I needed some estate planning and help with our wills. He set them up for us very quickly and efficiently.
