Extremely knowledgeable, professional and I highly, highly recommend Mr. Lurie and his team. I had an URGENT legal matter pertaining to a Real Estate transaction in which I was a buyer. On the day of our Closing, the Seller threatened to pull out of the Sale (just hours before the deadline to close) if I (as the buyer) did not agree to sign a specific document releasing the Seller of any Liability, after the Seller was in Breach of Contract. I was being sued for $9.5 million by large corporation. I hired Barak and our long journey began. Barak negotiated a $267,000.00 with corporation. We then sued to get back the $267,000.00. We won over $500,000.00. plus we won $1,000,000.00 from defendant who owed for unpaid loan. Unfortunately the $1,000,000.00 was under a defunct corporation. We then sued for alter ego, Barak being the foremost litigator in this field, we won that case with defendant settling for $2,000,000.00. To say I am pleased with Barak would be the greatest understatement I could make. Barak is the finest litagator in California, bar none.
