Pros
1
Knowledgeable and experienced in bankruptcy law, able to maximize exemptions and protect client's assets
“Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie "Commercial Work Vehicle" (Truck) verses "vehicle", that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!”
2
Responsive and communicative, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the process
“Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.”
3
Compassionate and understanding, helping clients navigate a difficult financial situation
“Now that this experience is behind me, I can say without reservation that my first impressions were accurate. Sanaz and her law firm have a sincerity, compassionate nature, professionalism, and the knowledge that is needed to move anyone through this challenging time.”
Cons
1
Concerns about pushing clients to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy when they may have qualified for Chapter 7, potentially for the attorney's own financial benefit
“She convinced me to file a chapter 13. She then locked me into a high monthly payment of $475.00 for three years. Because I failed to make all the payments on time to the trustee my case was dismissed. I kept telling her $475.00 was too high and not to do it and she did it anyway. She wanted me to file a chapter 13 because she gets give or take about $4000.00 more give or take.”
2
Lack of communication and responsiveness from the attorney and staff
“She doesn't communicate with you very well and her assistant Chris fails to relay important messages you give him.”
