I went in and out of the courts all by myself with no luck for 2 years. Served her several times and even though the mother never showed up, things didn’t change. They FINALLY helped me get custody but by the time I got it, it was too late. Mother took my daughter who knows where. Detectives are still looking for them. It’s been over 14 years since I have seen her. The family court system is broken, you really DO need someone by your side with experience navigating it. I only wish I knew about them and called earlier. Maybe I could have gotten custody before she disappeared. And they did it all for free.

People is very nice, all of them

As if it wasn't hard already being a victim of domestic violence, there Levitt & Quinn is to make it an even more grueling process. I applied for help over a month prior to my final court hearing. After jumping through many hoops: 1) traveling to and applying directly at the office 2) submitting additional paperwork that took much effort to collect detail behind 3) several delays in correspondence from L&Q and 4) needing to spend money on requested documentation, I wasn't able to even land a consultation. They were misleading with hope throughout the process. They could've told me "we are unable to help at this time," which would've sufficed instead of wasting the time and energy of someone who is already suffering.

This is by far the worst service I have ever acquired. These people claim to be pro bono but they pick and choose their cases. They will charge you for talking on the phone and give you useless advise. They NEVER have time for court appearances or anything to be completely honest. Do not bother wasting your time with these people, they’re useless. On the other hand, Shrivers and Legal Aid were 1,000% way more helpful and are actually free of charge. You will not feel scammed or disappointed like you will with Levitt and Quinn.

Don't waste time on this. Karen the receptionist will have you go back to court to get docs that aren't even important. She's the gatekeeper. They don't want to help. The disappointing part is that I would refer my clients to them. After my own experience with this organization, I will never again refer anyone here.

Poor staff - poor service! HIGHLY *** DO NOT RECOMMEND *** This is a warning for your time being wasted. They charge a $45 intake and then waste your time. ( especially if you have a upcoming court hearing. ) (thats the catch) They bait you in to make it seem like its hard to get in, but once they pull the line in your in for the long stretched roller coaster ride. Im already in a tight situation by being in the low income, no job, single parent, and now have to deal with more games and more headaches than I can even bare. It seems unreasonable for them to give you an answer from the first month. Feels like I have been through hell and back. They make it seem like the help is coming your way. The reason we called you was to get help, not to seek elsewhere. Staff needs a replacement and the entire idea of this organization either MUST go or choose certain people to help. Let this be a warning. Dont count on me, check other negative reviews that others posted. Thank you for listening.

Very helpful and pleasant

Is kind of hitting 🤔 but, inside the office is clean.

I was sent here from another place and hoping I would get some kind of help on my divorce. 1) I filed my divorce in arizona but got married in California. 2) I tried to have someone check my paperwork so I could have gotten the other party served, but they denied me and said that because I filed my paperwork at another state, they couldn't help me at all.
