When I called Adam Zolonz and told him my situation he said that it was going to be a lil harder because i went to an arbitrator but thats what I was told to do at the dealer but he took my case it didn't took that long with all the COVID thing going on he and his assistant Jessica moved fast and answer everything question I had. It was my first time going through something like this and I'm glad Adam helped me.

Our vehicle was recalled by the manufacturer who indicated that the car may spontaneously catch fire. Despite the risk of fire at anytime including when the vehicle was off the manufacturer indicated that the vehicle was "safe to drive." Noting this obvious inconsistency we contacted Adam Zolonz to handle our Lemon Law claim when the manufacturer did not have a repair immediately available. I had an extremely difficult case: no bill of sale, vehicle purchased from out of state, car purchased with cash. Adam Zolonz has a passion for his work and his attention to the client is unmatched. I’ve come from a family of law and I can say his organization is way up there when it comes to quality and compassion. The service was timely and explained all throughout. Constant updates on major changes. The settlement and time frame was what was expected. Adam fought for us and we were compensated even more than what was initially offered. Late September was initial contact, and Mid November was settlement. Turnover was early January. Adam called me himself on initial query after 5pm. Went over some docs and he recommended we take action. Adam is the real deal, and you cannot experience a better lemon law claim anywhere else. Save all your work orders/documents, compile them, and send them over. I hope it won’t happen again, but I know who to consult if it does. Replaced my MB with a Lexus. Lexus please be good.
