THIS IS ONE CROOKED LAW FIRM, based off my experience PLEASE save yourself the time, troubles and headache dealing with JONATHAN KASHANI KASH LEGAL!! I was in a car accident 3 years ago, I reached out to Kash Legal 2022, TODAY these people gone tell me over the phone that I basically shouldn’t have waited until 2022 to reach out. California statue of limitation states that I have 2 years to file a personal injury so why does it matter when I reached out to you guys. I had to wait MONTHS just to get some type of communication unless I was leaving a 1* review on Google then they wanna reach out to tell me to take it down. I also had to wait MONTHS just to get medical treatment and I still didn’t receive the proper medical treatment. I was told all this time we’re going to settle for $100,000 the other party ins. policy max. Come to find out the other party only settled for $15,000 their ins. Policy max and now Jonathan wants to sue my ins. company for the rest of the $85,000 which was my ins. policy max. After 2.5/3years of my time being wasted, We settled for $25,000. Now his deceiving self knew it was impossible to settle for $100,000 or anywhere close I’m PISSED I wasted all this time to walk away with nothing!! After medical fees, the loans plus years of interest I was taking out and his attorney fee which I think he doesn’t deserve because he didn’t do anything on my end but give me run arounds, lies and games I’m literally walking away with nothing!! Talking about he cares for his clients, YEAH he only cares about making money off of you!! Please AVOID highly don’t recommend!

Jonathan was great and he helped me after my car accident. And he cover a good settlement for me.
