They don't work for you as you expected at the end the other party cause the damage and go more beneficiated.we almost die and our backs injure and at the end the lawyer get the least off the deal for us be careful when choose this lawyer firm.

My son was in an accident in 2020. The other driver had a stop sign and my son had the right away. My son was under age and did not have a DL and for that reason I seek help from Jonathan Kashani. This who process took 22 months. First, the vehicle was taken to a body shop for repairs and later to find out it was a total loss. The car was left in the body shop for some weeks. I advised Jonathan that charges were accruing and he stated, "Take out the car from the body shop, pay the amount of $3250 and we will reimbursed you." Second, a contract was signed him charging me 45%. Third, they scheduled appointments for my son to see the doctors, which it took me longer to get to drive to than the time he was seen. Literally in some occasions 5min. Then, since the car was under my fathers name the other party got an attorney so that the insurance can also fault my father. He had to go to court and the attorney (Female) from Kashani office was one hour late and when called upon she didn't respond which meant she was not there at that time (I was told this by my State Farm attorney. Court was done via Zoom). But yet they took their money! One day I received a call from Jaqueline to let me know the case was closing and that "courtesy of Jonathan he was going to charge me 5% less of his fee than what he had told me $40%." She also said, once you click on the link (yelp) check will be signed. I needed to write a review on yelp and she email me the link and all. For one, I did not know how much he was getting and 2nd, I still did not get the reimbursement I paid the body shop to remove the vehicle from their premises and last, I told Jacqueline how am I going to write a review before receiving payments and the case closing. I asked her how much did the case close, she said "$15K" I asked her to send me a breakdown which she did. After I told her, "No the case was supposed to close for $15k from the other party insurance and $10k more from my insurance which equals $25K. After speaking with Lucy, In fact it was a total of $25K. Since it was more than $15K the courtesy discount was removed. Lol. As of today's date I have not received my reimbursement and by the way things look it seems I am not. So basically I am out of $3250 that I should not have paid. If I would have known I would have let the car at the shop and let the insurance deal with it. Communication was and is not there. I do not understand how he has 5 stars but after receiving the email from Jacqueline for me to click on the link (which was Yelp) Now I know why. They put a good review before payment is handed to them. I will NEVER recommend anyone to their office. I have pictures, text messages and all the emails but die to legal purposes I will not attach pictures here. ***I cannot respond to your reply. You still advise me to pay $3250 to the body shop with the promise of getting reimbursed and that NEVER happened and how it looks like it will NEVER happen. You may say what you want but GOD knows the truth. Discount???? your fee was 45% and that is what you charged 45% . I wish I can upload the documents so everyone can see I am not lying. May God forgive you for the lies.

This attorney and his team are junk I could say this by experience. There legal team sucks all he wants is your money does not care for anything else honestly I don’t know why he became a lawyer. The point of a attorney is to give the people piece of mind when they have a legal issue but this attorneys just makes the problem worse. I’m very disappointed would not recommend him at all.
