I had a very good experience with Juan and the team regarding my green card application, they are very professional and have a great system in place to make sure everything gets done the right way. Juan was very fast to respond and made sure I get all my questions answered. I highly recommend them !

Winston, Linda and team (Juan, Arturo, Angelique) worked on my student visa , tourist visa and then green card application (employment-based). I write this review filled with gratitude to Linda and the entire staff at Immigration Law Office of Los Angeles (ILOLA) for having made the green card process as smooth as it could be. I went to Linda 2 years ago, 1 week to the day before we all went into lockdown, not knowing the delays that would lay ahead. We were stuck in the process due to the pandemic and even though those were very stressful times, Linda and Juan took care of us as best as can be. They held our hand throughout the process, reassured us, patiently answered every question we had and, took care of all the details until we finally were on the other side and got the interview. We were approved, and received the green card directly in their office 2 weeks later. February 8, 2022 was one of the happiest days of our lives! In the beginning, we were hesitant to get a lawyer for this process but we are glad we did. We did a lot of research before choosing a firm and we are glad we went with this one. If you are trying to get a nanny visa, Linda and Winston are your best bet. We did detailed research in the government data base and they are one of the few law firms across US who has success record in applying one-off H2b visa. It is not an easy process but our nanny was able to secure her visa with Winston’s help and just arrived in Chicago last week. Their fee is more expensive than other law firms with only seasonal H2b experience, but looking back I felt it’s worth every penny as one off H2b is much harder than the seasonal ones
