Nikki Jacobson is the best immigration attorney in Southern California. Her office handled my case for 2 years. She and her staff stay on top of the case with all the immigration hearings and follow-ups with the immigration. After all the arduous work, I was approved and I am now a legal resident. I have had a three cases with Attorney Nikki Jacobson at Rose, Klein & Marias. She represented me in my workers' compensation case and assisted me with getting green cards for my wife and step-daughter. She cares and is honest. She actually did what she told me she would do. I communicated mostly with email with her & her staff and they didn't waste my time. She is demanding but only because she wants the best results. I have referred several of my Union brothers and sisters to her. She is the best.

Attorney Nikki Jacobson was my second immigration attorney for my work visa. She was able to save my visa status in the United States and win my immigration appeal. I found Lawyer Jacobson on Avvo.com. When I had no hope that I could stay in the USA, Rose, Klein Marias and Ms. Jacobson gave me hope. There attorneys were the only ones who told me about a U Visa. Because I was a crime victim at work, I was able to get a visa after all this time. I now have a work permit and drivers license. Please continue to do good and God bless you.

Found my self in a situation where I needed a workers compensation lawyer. Nikki and her staff was great in helping me navigate the lengthy settlement process.
She was able to get me a fair settlement so I could put my injury behind me and move on with my life. Nikki was very straightforward and professional and did a great job of explaining the time table and process.
If any of my family or friends found them selves in this situation I would recommend Nikki.
