When my father passed away he made my stepmother the trustee of his estate. Big mistake. Though I had been under the mistaken impression she was a decent and loving person, that turned out to be an illusion. David helped me right this wrong, and through mediation I received the estate my father had left to me and had his widow removed as trustee. David was a steadying influence throughout this process, he cared about my outcomes without letting his desire to win derail my goal of ending the conflict swiftly and fairly. David is a great lawyer.
