I wish I could give Mr. Barth more stars than five. He was very responsive from the beginning. As you can imagine, I was scared and didn't know who to turn to when I found out that I was named in a $2,000,000.00 lawsuit. Give this man a cape, because he is a true superhero attorney. Mr. Barth figured out right away that I should have never been named as a defendant in the case, but we still had to fight it. He clearly explained my options from the beginning and was thorough about what the worst outcome could be. There were 4 serious charges against me, and Mr. Barth was able to get 3 of them shortly removed and the last charge was negotiated down to a $1,000 payment for me to be removed completely from the case. I'm thinking, $1000 and I'm out, let's do it. However, Mr. Barth even got that removed and I was released from the case. We live in another state and needed assistance in a real estate sale. Mr. Barth provided all necessary guidance and legal advice required to make this sale. Our fears that this type of transaction made from out-of state was a potential problem were quickly dispelled by the reasonable rates and fast closure of all issues.

Which I needed resolved Mr Barth researched my case stayed in touch with me through out the process he filed all the paperwork and went to court for me and got me the results I was looking for .
