I hired Cliff to handle a few business disputes involving my small business. Cliff handled each with speed and care, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. So far, I am 3 for 3 winning every case I have had Cliff handle. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

Hiring Cliff Schneider as my attorney turned out to be one big mistake. I hired Mr. Schneider for a case that involved sexual harassment. When initially presenting my case to him, Mr. Schneider stated that it was very strong, and that he was excited to represent me. Still, I expressed reservations with Mr. Schneider about being a whistle-blower and possibly having my reputation damaged. But Mr. Schneider was encouraging and felt that my cause was very commendable, so I trusted him as my attorney. Then when reaching out to the defending party and exposing my identity, it turned out that Mr. Schneider had not done his homework. It was discovered only after the fact that my complaint fell outside of the state law's statute of limitations. So, not only was my case damaged beyond repair, but so was my time and energy, and most of all - my reputation with the defending company. Then to add insult to injury, Mr. Schneider didn't even apologize following my relieving him as my attorney. I just wanted to share my story in case it could be helpful to others. Good luck!

Cliff was an EXTRAORDINARY lawyer. I was being wrongfully sued by my pervious employer for defamation and Cliff took very good care of the case that my employer ended dropping it.Never once did I have a worry on my case because from the moment I first spoke to Cliff, I knew I was in good hands by how knowledgeable and confident he was. I was being evicted wrongfully by the landlord. I didn't know what to do and turn to Mr. Schneider. He listen to all my concerns, was very professional and didn't hesitate to pick up my case. CASE 1. I had originally represented myself on a case don't yeah I feel you were a which I won. Subsequently the case was appealed and that's and I met Cliff who took on the case and proceeded to win close to double what I won in the initial suit. CASE 2. I was severely injured and lost feeling in my leg. I called Cliff and he took the case and after a short time forced a settlement which I was very happy with. CASE 3. This was a very complicated breach of contract case. Once Cliff was on the case the the momentum shifted in our direction and he prevailed in getting a significant settlement. Cliff is a consummate professional in every way and I have referred him to several of my friends and business associates and they have ALL had the same experience I had. A compete professional!!!!

After prevailing in a Temporary Restraining Order case due to both our efforts, Cliff and I proceeded to collect our reward that was granted by the court. That's when things changed drastically with Cliff. The more I gave him my trust, the more he wanted to make all the decisions and didn't care that I was the client who hired him. For example, when he arranged a settlement for the case we won, he became enraged when I didn't accept his first proposal. Cliff had no regard for how I felt. In fact, when I attempted to explain to him my very valid reasoning, he told me I was "acting like a child". So I learned that when things get challenging for Cliff and he doesn't get his way, he acts extremely unprofessional and can also become very disrespectful. When I addressed his behavior, Cliff took no responsibility and just continued to lose his temper. As a result, Cliff impulsively quit as my attorney, leaving me to deal with a settlement for one case and a new lawsuit I hired him for (that is going to trial) all on my own. I simply wanted to share my experience. I am an Air Force Veteran, and this is my true and sworn testimony.

Let me start off by saying, I have had the unfortunate task of having to hire many lawyers. I have not liked any and they don’t like me. Cliff is one I do like and one that he referred.
