From the courteous receptionists to the professional lawyers, I received excellent service from everybody at Lemon Law Experts. I had a brand new manual 6-speed car that had mechanical issues within the first month of purchase. I took the car to dealer I purchased it at for repair. The dealers service department manager verified the problem and had no solution. He then raised the issue to the car's manufacturer. After multiple trips back to the dealer at the request of the manufacturer the problem was never resolved but they sent me on my way with a defective vehicle. So I contacted the Lemon Law Experts and with the hard work of the lawyers I received more than just the buy-back amount and the outcome was better than I expected and I couldn't be more happy with their work, professionalism and expertise. I definitely recommend Lemon Law Experts to all my family and friends who think they're stuck with a lemon.

Jessica Anvar is our hero!! We had a Ford Focus for almost two years that we were constantly taking in for repair. It wasn't until I met Jessica that I realized it was a lemon. She's amazing and basically got us back what we spent to purchase the vehicle! Jessica and her team rock! My car is a BMW 328i. I leased this car at the beginning of 2013 for a 39 month lease; but within the first year, I have had a host of annoying problems with that car - ranging from squeaking noises from transmission shifts, to steering column issues, to the car being recalled twice. On March, 2014, I asked Jessica if she could help me - she agreed. For the next year, Jessica fought with BMW. BMW kept on insisting how the car problem was not their fault. How can steering column issues and squeeking noises from transmission shifts not be the car manufacturer's fault? So Jessica kept pursuing BMW through various means - whether it would be through filings with Better Business Bureau or discussions with BMW's attorney's, she pushed for results. Finally on April, 2015, we received favorable results from BMW. I was relieved that this case finally ended. Yes, Jessica spent a year going over this case to make sure we got the favorable results - and she kept me posted all the way. She was really reasonable when coming to terms with the attorney fees. I'm really glad to have found her.
