My business had a very complicated licensing agreement that we needed reviewed. We found Parag through Yelp and he was awesome! He has a great rate for reviewing contracts and is incredibly thorough. He walked as through all the legal, as well as business ramifications not once, but twice to ensure that we understood everything that was in the contract. We loved working with Parag and certainly recommend him to anyone.

This is my first time having to consult with a lawyer on anything, and honestly I had no idea what to expect. So when I needed to have a contract reviewed and I was referred to Parag Amin, I was surprised at how painless he made the whole experience. I was really impressed with how knowledgable, professional and courteous he was. Plus he was able to give me the suggestions I needed extremely quickly. You can't go wrong working with this guy.

I met Parag at a professional networking group. He sounded very knowledgeable and sincerely wanted to hear what I had to say. I felt I could trust this attorney to represent me just in case so I kept his business card. Several months after meeting him, I ran into a business contract problem with one of my client. I called Parag and met with him for a consultation, which went very well. He was very thorough and was able to tell me right away that I had a case. After we negotiated the fee, which I felt was fair, I gave him all the information he needed, signed the retainer and he got right to work. While working on my case, he kept me informed. I live in a commercial loft building in Downtown LA that is a live/work space. Because it's considered a commercial space, I am not protected under LA Rent Control and the normal tenant protection one would have from renting. The owner is a multi-millionaire who hired a management that was bullying to the residents, while unfairly increasing the rent AND not properly up-keeping the safety of the building. Parag worked with me and a group of residents from this building on this difficult tenant/landlord case that no other lawyer was willing to help me out without charging me an arm and a leg. Not only that, he was easy to talk to and was accessible to ask for advice via email, text, and phone calls. I liked his straight-forward approach in telling me the potential outcomes of situations instead of promising something he couldn't deliver. I can't recommend this lawyer enough.

Parag was a huge help modifying my LLC to include more members. Still being very new to running my own business he was very helpful making sure I understood every intricacy of the new operating agreement and that everything was watertight before we moved forward. he was prompt, professional and affordable, I would recommend him to anyone looking for future legal advice on their business.

I retained Parag to incorporate my business, and since my business is high risk, he has gone through everything, and looked into every alley in order to protect me and my assets, he is very knowledgeable, and has kept up with me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process, I would highly reccomned him to anyone.

When I started my public relations firm I needed a few contracts drafted to formalize the arrangements between me and my clients. Parag drafted an excellent contract that I could easily modify to fit my client's needs without having to pay an attorney to do a new one each time.
