I found Josh and The Capital Law firm online when I looked for an attorney after my uber was rear ended. After consulting with another firm, I made a decision to hire them because they were patient and friendly. I was treated for my neck and back problems, and they got me a high settlement very quickly. I found Josh Zokaeem and his staff on google after I was involved in a lyft accident. Me and my brother were sitting in the back and got rear ended. Josh and his staff did everything for us from the beginning of the case. Thankfully they got us to a chiropractor close to home on the same day and made sure we enjoyed our visits and were feeling better. We needed more treatment so he sent us to a pain doctor who made everything go away. Him and Jackie really care about their clients and i was super happy with my settlement amount and so was my brother. If you get hurt in an accident I highly recommend this firm to handle your case. Unfortunately I was hit by a car that made a left turn on a green light. No police report but he helped get the insurance on my side and the settlement was above what I expected. I was in a car accident in a company car, I was t-boned on the drivers side getting out of the parking lot. I was talking to a friend about my accident and was referred to Josh, never did I think I was going to settle. (My company at the time was horrible) My case took about 2.5 years, but it was a very complicated one, since it also involved a major company, made me think my case was going to be a lost cause. But boy was I wrong! After a while I then started to work with Shant & Josh and they made it happen! They went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the amazing service they provided me, thank you for everything you guys did, I know that it wasn’t easy, and the fact that you guys were always in constant communication with me, made the process way more comfortable and easier! I can’t thank you guys enough! I didn’t even expect much from the settlement and I was surprised at what they settled at, like I said, it was very complicated, they worked very hard, even with my doctors. Of course a lot can change in 2.5 years so much so, I moved to a different state, but that didn’t stop them. They still were able to help me, and get through everything and make things happen for me, I’ve never had an attorney do things and handle things like they did. They were so involved and honestly felt like they genuinely cared, I’ve met with other attorneys, who don’t even really acknowledge you if the case itself seems too complicated, or it’s too much work. So thank you guys, I know it took long, but I’m very happy with the outcome.

Joshua Zokaeem! Where to begin? I have never needed a lawyer before, so when I did need one (for a freak accident involving uneven stairs and an ankle broken in 3 places and another ankle severely sprained), I trusted my gut and went to this guy. He was phenomenal. Mr. Zokaeem goes above and beyond to help his clients. He is efficient and sent me the information when he would receive them. He was courteous and respectful and I never felt rushed, asking him a million questions. When we met in person, he made me feel safe, especially because I was worried and anxious. He calmed my nerves in person and via email and telephone. He was around when I needed him. When paperwork was subpoenaed and when documents needed to be signed, he let me know prior and helped me understand everything. The deposition involving my case was honest and... long.
