I am thankful that I found M&Y lawyers to help me with my case. It’s already stressful enough going about your day to day after having a traumatic incident ( let alone all the appointments and paperwork to fill out) but they were there every step of the way, checking up on me and making sure I was getting the right care I needed, helping me with all my questions and really showing concern for my wellbeing. There are no better lawyers to go to and I am extremely grateful for them to have helped me in my time of need. They make big promises, but they don’t deliver. At least not in my case. At first, they seemed confident, attentive and answered questions promptly, which is why I put my trust in them with my personal injury case, but as time went on, I felt more and more disregarded, manipulated and gaslighted. A lot of people at this company either keep quitting or getting fired. Over the course of 2 years, I kept getting new attorneys assigned to my case every few months, who would often simply vanish without a word and I would get no updates or answers to my questions until later when I’d find out that they no longer work there and nobody bothered to tell me. Additionally, I was disgusted by their shady practices related to medical bills — for example quoting a 1h phone consultation at $1700, supposedly reducing it to $650 later and trying to tell me that was a good deal, when I could see on that doctor’s website that the cost of that session should be $100. I even sent them a screenshot with proof, which they ignored and refused to explain why that amount could not be reduced further. That’s just one example. The final settlement that they offered me ended up being pathetic and unsatisfactory compared to the amount that they promised.

Naturally, happy chapter is over in my life but from start to finish the process with these attorneys was not good.. E-sign documents didn’t appreciate. I should have driven to see them in person.. Pushy to get the business, as hurt as I was I think I should have gotten more than I received. Unprofessional

Extremely happy with Rosa Delateja from M&Y personal injury lawyers , I had never been through an injury case before I was extremely thankful for how patient she was with me every-time I had a question she was always so good at answering me thank you so much for helping me with this case hope I will never be in this situation again but next time I know who to call .
