Went to M&Y to represent my personal injury case, got hit by a car on bike while delivering food. From the first phone call to the last M&Y was honest, responsive, & and effective! My lawer from M&Y is MIA since I sign the document. Last time we talk he change his version and story. Now he hung up on me and ask to go where ever I can or talk to his boss. And I tried to talk to someone but there is no one other than the call representative and who routing my call to office but no one to other side. Multiple call and email no response. I check all contacts and office but it’s same. I am still trying so of this message to M&Y, call me or email. At some point this has to resolve but why not today? Why this much of harassment? I saw you guys active on Twitter and other web media. I hope some will be responsible and reach me to resolve situation. “I will update this accordingly”
