I didn't need to convince Jamon about my case, which was so appreciative. I was already traumatized from my wrongful termination. He simply listen to the facts of my case and agreed with me, without me having to produce additional documentation from what I initially provided. He was so smooth and confident in our facts that he asked me if he could pursue a settlement informally. I gave him permission and we settled with a generous settlement in 6 months, no EEOC, no filing of a lawsuit. He is a rock star attorney as far as I'm concerned. Fives stars will have to suffice, I guess. I cannot endorse Jamon Hicks enough. He is at ease with a jury, confidant in his knowledge and support of his client, considerate of each party involved in the trial and empathetic to the long and arduous task the jury has ahead of them. Yet, most importantly, Jamon is sensitive and compassionate to the concerns and anxieties of his client. I told Jamon before my jury verdict came back that I could not have asked for a better defense give by an attorney for the crime I was accused of committing. I was completely vested in the knowledge that this man did not forgo a single piece of evidence nor information that was needed to put on the best defense possible, for me. The jury acquitted me of all charges. Other courtroom attorneys (who were peripheral to my case) seemed to latch onto him and admire him; hoping some of his professionalism and expertise would rub off on them, I suppose. I whole heartedly endorse this man if you are lucky enough for him to take your case!
