Unscrupulous. Helped a cheating, lying, convicted felon to harass our HOA homeowners. Says they are expert in HOA rules. But out of date on key law changes. Their ignorance drives their stupidity and unscrupulous behavior. Includes lying to homeowners, breaking ethics, violating binding mediation outcomes. Their bad behavior will catch up to them, they will have a reputation for having the sketchiest clients

For years, this law firm has collected fees from the Malibu Bay Owners Association (MBOA) Board defending the Board against blatant violations of Davis-Stirling law. In one (of several) examples, the MBOA Board has not held proper elections from at least 2019-2021. Farah Nourmand has flatly ignored enquiries that would dispute this claim, instead taking fees paid via homeowner funds, in direct violation of Davis-Stirling (the law, not the law firm). The behavior of the firm is unprofessional and possibly illegal.

Operation in O.C. is worst I have ever seen. Hired them and they severely failed me. Worst I have ever seen.
