It took almost 2 years for our settlement, but the Barry Law Firm pursued our claim. After several lengthy service appointments for our 2022 Keystone Arcadia 5th-wheel, the dealership could not repair it. There were issues with leaking down into the galley from the bathroom; the system that opens and closes the slide-outs moaned and groaned and the slide-outs did not extend; and the automatic leveling system was not responding to the master control panel. These issues and many others re-occurred during the first year . I would like to shout-out for Sergio Enriquez who was most professional, and always communicated in a timely manner. This law firm is excellent! No matter what my question was, Sergio Enriquez found the answers! A BIG THANK YOU for a most professional experience!

They take on too many cases, promise you the world, and then pressure you to settle. I spent six months in a wheelchair six weeks in a hospital and had to take medicine designed to be taken for a couple of months every day of my life to walk, for an incomplete paralyzation. After everything was said and done I lost $60,000. Catherine, who was my attorney would constantly not return my calls and have her husband call me. When you ask for a copy of your file, they refuse to give it to you. I had written them a good review just to get them to leave me alone as the pressure was relentless. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction that is if you still can.

The Barry Law Firm delivered! I was very pleased with the way they handled my lemon case. The staff was very friendly and listened to my story, making me feel heard and supported throughout the process. First off, this is the attorney you pick for your Lemon Law car. I called around first, most companies have weird voicemails or call back systems with inconvenient times of availability. When I called Barry Law firm, my call was answered immediately. I was transferred to Frank who had a conversation with me and soon after I had hired Barry Law Firm. Their timeline was on point. In fact, I feel like things happened a bit quicker with court dates and filings. The team always kept me updated, and when I was panicking about what was happening, they were always willing to take my call and provide the same update. Some conversations were by text or email which was cool, helps keep a record of what was being discussed. One day I called and hung up after a few rings, I got a text the next day by Frank making sure I was assisted.If I spoke with someone, I always got a follow up email. The whole process took about 7 months from first point of contact to the settlement check in my hand. Now mind you, every manufacturer is different, so your timeline will vary. #1 for a reason! Barry Law Group is the best hands down. Sergio made the process seamless from beginning to end. I was hesitant pursuing the lemon law for my Tesla as previous companies refused to take on my situation. They are upfront and will communicate right away if there is a strong case. Great firm to work with, from the day I called about my vehicle I got nothing but the best treatment ever, everyone I got to speak too over the phone was awesome, Suzanne was the best ever, she made the process of the whole case very smooth and effortless for me.
