After being in a in a car accident I found McGee Lerer & Associates. I was very fortunate to have found Catherine Lerer. Catherine gave me the help, guidance and support when I mostly needed it. The experience of dealing with her made this difficult process less stressful and thanks to her I was able to get the necessary medical treatment. Catherine has been very professional, pattient, understanding and in constant communication with me from the beginning. She understood me and acted with quickness. I also appreciate her assistant Kelly who has always been very nice, diligent, attentive and remained in constant communication with me. Not knowing who to trust and if you will be taken care of the right way is hard. I definitely found the right person. Thank you, Catherine and your entire team.

We worked with Eli Hammond and Kathleen Choe on a case and couldn't have asked for better results. They filed two motions on the case and had a hearing on both and won both motions. The case went from having a "permanent" order of protection issued to getting the entire case dismissed and we may even be awarded attorney's fees. Eli was very prepared for the hearing and presented extremely well in court in front of the judge. Guy opened car door right in front of me while riding my bike. I tried to negotiate settlement with insurance myself, as I thought attorney fees would be prohibitive.
