Rick Baum guided us through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and we felt supported every step of the way. Our first consult was a year before we actually filed; we thought we could "do it on our own" and when that effort was obviously not yielding substantial inroads into our debt, we went back and started the official process. I was so nervous (and ashamed!) about it all, but Rick was both candid and supportive. Over the five years of the "plan," he responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed his help. He also has a great sense of humor! We are now finally done; though the filing was necessary more than desired, we are quite relieved it is over and that we had such reliable, efficient, and effective counsel.
