Attorney Bronner and her staff did a great job getting a loan modification for my mother’s home. They are very hard working. Sadly, we were one of the families in jeopardy of losing our home. The real estate market fell apart, and we lost all of our equity. We weren't able to get a loan modification and got behind on the payments. We started working with the lender, but got nowhere. We received notice that a trustee sale had been scheduled.
