I would definitely recommend Peter. I was the Trustee of one of my best friend's Trust, but there were issues with the retirement accounts not being recognized by a major investment firm in the Trust. Peter helped me go through the unduly arduous process of CA probate court and appealing to the investment firm to get the funds released for the beneficiaries.
