I hired Mr. Yadegar to represent me in a very sensitive sexual harassment claim. My case was unusual in that I am a male being harassed by a female. Mr. Yadegar represented me beautifully. When my employer did not agree to our settlement terms, he started taking depositions. He is masterful. After a few depositions, my employer asked for a mediation where we settled the case.

There was a time in my life where I thought by performing above and beyond could cost me my job, because all of a sudden the company I worked for would not honor FMLA let alone ADA. I tried on my own for many months and I was beyond exhausted, because I knew what my rights were.
