Slow response times and lack of communication in some cases
“Messaged the firm about my case and received a message back they would contact me at my phone number. Instead of calling me for a consultation they simply texted me the number of a referral network for other lawyers followed but a "Good luck!" Didn't even bother to talk to me about further details, simply rejected me based on a brief message.”
