Amazing experience all around. We had ro get rid of an undesirable tenant... We've found Aaron online. They were very responsive and they've listened to us and gave us great advices. We've gone to two previous lawyers and we felt like they were confusing us with lots of information. Aaron was clear about the process and the costs. Rude, void of feelings, short, curt, abrupt, hurtful. In a family court case, even when your loved one passed, they told me "condolences," then continued on at length to chastise me. I'm not even a client. Just happened to have no choice in dealing with this firm while they appeared to be temporarily representing one of their employees. My life had been disrupted by the atrocious behavior on the part of said employee who'd knowingly affected my well-being with immoral, unethical actions. (Legal situation remains ongoing, and employee remains innocent until proven guilty). I'd no way to contact said employee to obtain important information that I was entitled to. Their employee/client wouldn't respond to my attempts to reach him. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to politely contact his employer/attorney. Not only did the lawyer send some rude correspondence to me, but allowed his employee, who did not work in a legal capacity, to communicate with me by sending official correspondense on the law offices own letter head stationery. I found this to be very peculiar. I'd been kept uninformed of the position he held with this law office.This event had a negative effect on my moving forward, leaving me uninformed and confused. I've no idea how they evaluate those they hire, but the combination creates a vile , unpalatable experience if you're unfortunate enough to be in a situation that involves dealing with this group. Never would I consider representation by them or ever recommend them to others.

For years I’ve had the misfortune of being in a cyclical period of my life where I endured multiple work settings where the levels of professional discretion were unacceptable and at times too stressful to remain onboard. Initially, when told about having possible cases on my hands I was never interested in furthering my ordeal because of the thought of reliving the trauma was unpleasant, but after I reached a breaking point in the amount of discrimination I could tolerate I was fortunate enough to have gotten in contact with Azad and his incredible team. Usually I’m very anxious and prefer to flee from these situations, but Azad offered the kind of reassurance and encouragement you would expect from a family member. He showed careful attention to detail and was very patient while actively listening as I shared my traumatic situations. Overall, I’m happy my sister Isabel was able to facilitate this meeting through her amazing sorority alum sister at USC because had I not had Azad in my corner I would have been subject to repeating my cycle. No one likes to feel backed into a corner by a landlord, but Aaron was there to listen to my concerns. He was able to bring clarity to my sublet agreement and concerns for habitability. There was no trying to sway me in one direction or another when he was presented different options that I could take to move forward in resolving my concerns. Resolving disputes in the simplest form is usually the way to go, but I wanted to make sure I had something in my back pocket that was solid if I wanted to move forward with something legally. I'm so thankful I reached out and wished I did it sooner to save such a headache. Also, it was such a speedy reply, everything from first phone conversation, documents sent/reviewed, and a second phone conversation happened in 24 hours.
