I've worked with several attorneys in the past, and I can honestly say that Joseph Land is the best one I've met so far. He is knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely kind. When he represented me in court, he was articulate yet passionate, and most importantly, I truly felt that he was fighting for me. Abridged review is yes, HIRE THEM! Divorce is bad enough as it is, but I began my divorce process a month before Covid hit. Joseph met with me to hear my situation and I immediately felt like I could feel the ground under me again. Him and Nina were very responsive to any questions I had and always returned my calls in a timely manner if I left a voicemail. They are extremely professional and never made promises they couldn't keep. Like most people, I had never been through a divorce before so I didn't know what I was supposed to do or what may happen next which is so scary especially when there is a child involved. Joseph and Nina worked hard for me and were on top of it all. They took the time to explain the process, my options, and what I could expect next all while being sensitive to the often frustrating situation I was in. My main concern was being able to see my son a fair amount of time. Joseph told me from the very beginning that he stresses doing what is in the best interest of the child and that remained the focus the whole time without me having to say anything. Divorce with a child involved is terrible no matter what, but I felt I was working with the best attorneys available the whole time and I still believe that in retrospect.

I still remember the day i stepped into Joseph’s office. I had lost everything due to my previous lawyer screw up. Joseph was very practical, truthful and never sold his services to me. He frankly told me where i am and where i need to be. He is all about ethics and emphatic to your situation. Though he couldn’t take my case because of my monetary situation he did referred me to a very competent lawyer who indeed is still helping me. With that, i can conclude Joseph is gem of a guy and if he could give such good advices without getting hired he will be so much great for people who will be able to afford his services.
