When doing a bankruptcy like this it may typically take longer than one thinks if you didn't read up on the process..., months ! Also a successful bankruptcy petition isn't a " gimme". Be aware you will need LOTS of patience as most everything is done online at Sternberg Law. My advice is learn how to scan & create files onto a flash drive properly. That can be learned on a STAPLES copy machine. The ZOOM interview with the State of Calif is NOT "optional". This isn't a " hire and toss the situation" to your Attorney like a red light traffic ticket. Download the ZOOM App and practice a two way conversation with someone prior to your ONLINE camera appearance date with the Bankruptcy Court of The State of California. BE available, online, and ready to talk. Sternberg Law was very patient and Professional throughout my entire successful bankruptcy process. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks !
