Arkady Tselner is a vary caring attorney. If he cannot solve your problem he will refer you to someone who can. He won't leave you hanging

Fully committed to his profession, Mr. Tselner is a highly experienced and knowledgeable attorney. We found him to be client-centric, patient and diligent. We had a very positive experience and felt that our case was well represented, with a better than expected outcome.

Mr. Tselner and his team are very professional, quick, and to the point. They made a bad situation for me much easier to go through. Always replied to my emails even on the weekends. Mr. Tselner is an honest and trustworthy lawyer, no need to chase anyone to get an update. It took a while to get the settlement but that’s just the process itself not the lawyer. I also really liked how they’re set up. I could basically communicate and have access to my case information at anytime online. I recommend hiring this firm for serious injuries.

I accidentally met Arkady through social media. I am an LA native and I lost my passport at college in Connecticut. I can't get another without my original birth certificate, which could only be gotten from the registrar's office in L.A. Without any family presently in LA I had to get a licensed attorney to do this tedious task for me. I had posted in a lawyer's group on social media looking for an attorney to do this for me - after a couple of weeks no one had answered. Then Arkady came in and offered to do it - for only the price of the document and the shipping. The registrar did not make it easy - they were very picky about the reservation document and made him come back a second time - having to drive all the way to LAX. Arkady did this solely out of the kindness of his heart and his super top shelf class. Once he had accepted the task his commitment was high despite the headache. He didn't have to help me - but I was in a bind not even able to retrieve medicine without the ID - which was my passport. I am not a CT resident and didn't have the docs to a get a state ID either. The number one thing one wants when they put their trust in an attorney is integrity and commitment to see things through. I would be in a bad spot if Arkady didn't help me out and he literally had nothing to gain but a headache. This guy is gold and I would trust him with my case - in fact I have one I wish he could take! Hire him!
