After having a horrible accident and not knowing what to do, I was referred by a friend to Arkady A. I call him he made me feel very comfortable and he did everything to help me with my case. I highly recommend his Law office the best.

I'm not even sure where to start and I know that these words are no where near enough to say thank you Arkady and your team. I know every case is different, but Arkady did his best, and I am *so* glad I called him and listened to him. I did everything he told me to do to the best of my ability. My mother and I got into a car accident over a year ago, we were T-boned driving through a intersection becuase it was our green light, and the driver was either texting and driving, or something becuase she missed the red light and hit us directly on my side (passenger side my mom was driving). Thank God I had my seat belt on and my mom too. My mom was taking me to the airport at the time. I missed my flight (of course, becuase I was immediately taken to the ER), my mom's new car that she just got less than 3 months ago at the time was totaled, and there was thousands of dollars in damages and injuries. When I came to in the hospital I was crying so much becuase of what had just happened and I had no idea what I was going to do. Thankfully I had remembered that a coworker of mine mentioned that she knew a lawyer just days before my trip. Leaving the hospital I immediately called my coworker asking for the phone number for that lawyer. I had never done this before, but I knew we needed help. The number was Arkadys, and I explained everything to him and that I have no idea what to do, and I was injured and crying at the time. Thank God we made it out alive. Thank God my coworker happen to mention just days before about a lawyer she knew. I was in so much pain from the accident I knew I wasn't going to be able to figure out everything on my own let alone the paperwork, working with insurance companies, trying to figure out if I can get a refund on my flights, my trip, my moms car, and her injuries and medical bills too, everything. Arkady told me what to do and told me to focus on resting and recovering. Arkady took care of *everything*. I can't stress this enough when I say *EVERYTHING*. He even found us a chiropractor we could see to help realign our backs and help with our pain when pain meds and resting wasn't enough. When I got the ER bill from that hit, I swear I almost fainted. I've never seen that many zeros on something under my name that I would have to owe, and it wasn't even my fault. I gave it to Arkady, and I told him "it's okay if we don't get anything extra out of this, I just really, *really* don't want medical debt becuase of her please try your best." And he did. I have no idea how, but with his years of experience, wonderful attitude, and amazing team, he knew what to do in a situation that I and most people probably don't even know where to start. Fast forward to today, the case is closed. Of course all things take time, but if you let the professionals like Arkady and his team handel it, and listen to them, you will not regret it. I don't have medical debt, everything was paid for and taken care of, and he even manage to get us back enough money to make up for my missed flights, my moms car, and the weeks of work we missed due to our injuries. And yes, the police report did show it was her fault for running the red light. Thankfully the driver behind us stayed as a witness and said they saw it was our green light to the police. I dont know who you are or if you will ever read this, but thank you *so much* for staying and being a recorded witness and giving your statement to the police. Thank you so much. Like I said, I know every case is different. I know not everyone gets the same outcome as my mom and I did, but if you need someone who is a professional, has years of experience, and a great attitude team, Arkady is your best choice.
