Junk mail professionals. Every time you bug me I'll be bugging you as well. Next time I hear from you it'll be a BBB review, and then I'll start complaining to the feds. Thanks in advance for continuing your spam campaign and for obviously not giving a sh!t about consumers' requests that you stop. Robert, I shouldn't have to remove myself from anything by taking any action, no matter how simple you may think it is. Matter of fact, YOU shouldn't be imposing yourself onto people and expect them to do something about it. Rather, simply stop sending people unsolicited junk mail - it's easier to NOT do something than to do something. Couldn't be any simpler, could it?

Yasmin was the person who signed me up and she was very nice and informative. Clem was very professional and helpful, he kept me informed throughout the whole process letting me know where my case was during the process. Junk mail professionals. Bought my information from the California DMV and send me unsolicited mail several times a year. The junk mail is soliciting lemon law complaints. My vehicle was 3 years old with 50k miles when I moved to California two years ago, which is past the age and mileage of most viable lemon law cases. Yet, now 5 years old, 70k miles and no reported issues, this "law firm" continues to send me junk mail with "Important Information About Your Vehicle". If Knight Law was reputable, they wouldn't need to send mass junk mail all over California (I'm 2 hours + away from their office) and would be able to generate clients based on reputation. Stop sending me junk mail and buying mailing lists from the DMV.

Joseph was helpful in explaining intricate details of law and extremely helpful in understanding next steps. He spent plenty of time listening to all concerns and details. Asked many questions and was extremely patient. Although we will not be moving forward, I would 100% recommend Joseph as a helpful professional.
