The office quickly responded to my phone call. I was able to speak to a lawyer without going through a bunch of transfers. I got my questions answered and had a demand letter written for me.

I used Levi for a dental practice acquisition. This was my second, but first time using his office. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and he was a consummate professional. Most notably was his knowledge regarding all the intricacies of the deal. He was also very attentive and listened to my concerns. This was not the case on my first acquisition (where I did not use his office). I will be using his office moving forward. Thanks Levi!

Raymond is the absolute best! He genuinely cares about his clients and his knowledge of law is incredible. He would always call to check in on me making sure I was doing alright, he sent me to all the right doctors, and really put in the time and effort for my case (as I’m positive he does with everyone else).
