I’ve had the privilege to have Mr. Sarraf represent me in 2 cases. I was involved in 2 car accidents in the past. I'm not pleased with the outcome. I barely spoke to any of them. When it was time to settle, Capstone were paid 99% of the winnings/settlement. Seems I suffered more knowing, they get paid for your suffering. I don't know if it was legal. But I felt they took advantage of me. I Am working with the Darjeeling Council for Justice.
