I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses.

I was scared because I had never been arrested and charged with a crime. I interviewed several attorney's and had actually selected a firm. But, a fellow attorney that I interviewed told me that Eisner Gorin LLP was the best criminal attorney firm in my area. She studied at UCLA and was taught by Dmitry Gorin. I reached out to Dmitry and he walked me through the process and why hiring the best firm possible before going to court was important. Thank God I listened to him and secured him and the excellent team at Eisner Gorin LLP to represent me. They immediately sprung into action and started building my defense. I went to their office which was staffed with professionals. They greeted me and my wife and then captured our detailed statement. From that point on they worked with law enforcement and the district attorney to resolve the case. My case was rejected by the LA District and City Attorney offices. I referred a colleague to Eisner Gorin LLP, hoping they would assist him with his appeal. Instead, I listened to them over the speakerphone disrespect him and try to overcharge him. I suspect this is because of his nationality. Extremely disappointed that this is still happening in 2024.

Horrible experience! I called last week for help with a simple appeal. I was told that the price was $1,000 for a consultation, and that the amount would then be applied to the case fee, which could then be made over payments. I agreed and then called back 2 days later and was put on hold for some time before being met by a rude women who refused to identify herself. She angrily quoted a now inflated $2,500 consultation fee plus $850 an hour. Totally insane. She wouldn't even allow me to speak so that I could explain that I had already been quoted by another gentleman at the firm. Just a terrible experience to be treated so rudely and unfairly. It makes me believe another reviewer so who stated that "this firm's positive reviews are NOT from real clients, which is legally questionable at best." BEWARE!

I recently fought the battle of my life. A case where my life was in balance. After careful searching of a long list of very prestigious lawyers. I decided to go with Eisner Gorin LLP. Who I deemed were the best. Right after I retained them they were there for me every step of the way. Even while I was detained abroad and helped secure my return back to the US. Throughout my case… they shown dedication and excellence to their craft. The team on board were all very professional and thorough with all the detailed things in regards to my case. Though I took a deal, during the prelim a saw how the attorneys controlled the court room and find holes in the statements from the prosecution team. I was amazed.
