I meant to write this review a while back, but I got sidetracked. Recently, I was reminded about my past car accident and so I wanted to take the time say what a pleasure it was to work with Jahrmarkt & Associates. As I stated earlier, I had been involved in a car accident and John Jahrmarkt and his team were able to get me a monetary settlement I didn't think was possible. They worked very hard from start to finish. Tyler was assigned to my case and he always kept me in the loop with updates on my case. They assisted with finding an excellent rehab facility for my injuries from the accident. These is a very professional team. They work with the utmost integrity and compassion. I would not hesitate to use them again for any personal injury needs.

When I was in a collision, I didn't know what to do. I did everything I was supposed to with the insurance companies, followed every procedure, and documented everything I could. My insurance decided I was at 0% fault and told me to speak to the other party's insurance (since I did not have collision coverage). The other insurance company was aggressive and accusatory and tried to avoid paying me the money I needed to get my car back on the road. I was getting nowhere with this insurance company, and I didn't know what to do. That's when I reached out to Jahrmarkt & Associates. John collected the necessary information from me and went straight to work to make things right. He was extremely professional and worked with the insurance adjuster to argue my case. He was very quick to respond and handled everything in a timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone in a car accident who needs help.

Wow, not really sure where to start. I thank my lucky stars every day that I was fortunate enough to find John when I needed an attorney. Is he a great lawyer....you betcha! But whats even better is that he's just a great guy! In 2011 I moved I to Los Angeles from Detroit. I was not working, staying with friends, and had no health insurance. I had been in the USA about a year Two weeks after I arrived to LA I was rear ended on the Ventura Freeway by an uninsured motorist from El Salvador. I sustained injuries and approximately $6000 in damage to the car I had had less than a year. The only mileage on it really was from the drive from Detroit to LA. Long story short Michigan is a no-fault state and their insurance laws are a 180 degrees different from California's. AAA my insurer John sued for negotiating in bad faith. Anyways John navigated the two-state difference in law, got me the medical attention I needed, GOT ME LOST WAGES when I wasnt even employed and then got me the MAXIMUM SETTLEMENT allowed under my uninsured motorist coverage. Meanwhile the whole time John kept me in the loop, worked like a pit-bull, took a genuine concern that I was receiving the best medical attention, and sought to get me the best settlement possible. John has the ability to listen, never waffles when asked direct questions, and IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE. If there was a way to make it better it eludes me??? I can't stress enough that if you need legal assistance John is your guy!! I'd give him 6 Stars if it was possible!!!!

I few months ago I made a huge mistake. I saw the way Mr. Jahrmarkt intelligently answered questions from other people on the site and decided he would be the best fit for my case. He reviewed my case for free without any sort of pressure. Since my case was not really win-able, I will say great things regardless about this lawyer. He kept me informed, walked me through the scenarios if I wished to proceed and just was helpful - not in a rush to try and charge me and just a very honest person. Thank you Mr. J for all you did! I definitely recommend him.

I am out of the country and contacted john after he gave me great advice about my question. John demonstrated his intelligence and humanistic value by helping me with my case. He responded the same day and gave me precise information regarding my situation. John handled a wrongful termination case for my husband. He was great we really feel comfortable with all the moves he made in the case and case worked out really well. It was a pretty complicated case and John seem to know all of the legal issues and was able to explain everything to us really well.

I used John for a car accident case that I was in. It was really great in explaining everything and was able to negotiate a decent settlement. It was kind of a small case so we didn't get a lot of money but I really felt he worked hard. There were two other people in the car at the time of the accident. John also represented them and they seemed pretty happy with him also. I recommend him.

I referred more than one of my friends to john to handle cases. They all say great things about him and that he did a great job on their cases. I haven't had the need to hire an injury attorney but based on what my friends said I would use john in a heartbeat.

John handled a slip and fall case for me. I fell at my apartment building and the landlord was not doing anything about it. I'm lucky I found John because he filed a lawsuit really worked the case hard. He did depositions. He had an expert visit the scene and do an inspection. The expert was really good and found code violations. We ended up settling the case for a lot of money and I'm very happy with John as my attorney.
